Inderpreet Sachar is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatric medicine.  Dr. Sachar’s special interests include dementia, osteoporosis and weight management.
 
Dr. Sachar completed her residency in internal medicine at Englewood Hospital and her fellowship in geriatrics at Montefiore Medical Center.  Dr. Sachar earned her medical doctorate from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Mangalore, India and her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Hindu College, Delhi, India.  During her training, Dr. Sachar participated in clinical research and presented on various topics at internal medicine and geriatric conferences.

Dr. Sachar is a member of the American Geriatrics Society and the American College of Physicians.  She is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
