PMR offers safe and effective exercise classes for seniors. Our goal is to help keep our older adult population strong and healthy. Under the supervision of a licensed therapist, seniors can participate in a proper exercise regimen that promotes many different exercise components such as:

» Flexibility – Flexibility will improve with regular stretching. Greater flexibility will increase ease of all daily activities and reduce pain associated with arthritis.
» Strength – Strength training and core stabilization exercise, including Pilates, will improve muscles strength and stability which reduces stress and strain on all joints including the spine. They will also have a positive effect on bone density.
» Balance – Improving strength and flexibility will promote improved balance and decrease the risk of falling.
12 weeks for $350.
One time trial session - $35.
(Each session is 55 minutes)
